Intoxication is an online store of authentic niche and luxury perfumery. We specialise in original fragrance decants from 1 ml, as well as miniatures and full-size bottles. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with the manufacturers or designers of the fragrances we sell, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Age requirement

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your place of residence). If you are under that age, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual property

Product names, brand names, trademarks, logos, images and descriptions on the Site belong to their respective rights holders and are used for information and retail purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

We aim to keep catalogue information accurate. Prices, availability, product descriptions, stock levels and promotions may change without prior notice. Images are illustrative; packaging may vary. Decants are original fragrance poured from factory bottles into sample vials or atomizers — they are not replicas or “inspired by” products.
