Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed. Each decant is prepared by hand and securely packaged before transport.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipments are processed via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may be extended due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., national holidays, carrier delays, or force majeure events).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs start from 150 TL (orders are shipped from Istanbul, and shipping fees are calculated according to the carrier's rates).
You will not pay any additional fees or taxes.
Packaging
Every decant is secured against accidental opening and packed to guarantee maximum safety during transit. For shipping, we use durable bubble mailers or sturdy cardboard boxes.
Parcel Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via email at info@shopintoxication.com. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Safety & Hygiene
Given the nature of the product (decanted perfumes / samples), each order is individually assembled and packaged. Please carefully inspect the integrity of the packaging upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage, contact us immediately.
